Prompt

A circular certificate seal with scalloped edges, a simple star in the center, the words "VERIFIED" around the rim, two flat colors (navy and gold), no gradients, transparent background.

Why this prompt works

• The rim text is quoted and placed.
• Two flat colors keep the file small and clean.
• A simple central symbol stays crisp as a vector.
